African Kenya FGOP Milima

This black tea from the highlands of Africa has become an absolute rarity. Black tea exports are dominated by a low quality tea bag. Only the highland plantations such as Milima, Kaproret, Saramek and Chemase in the Kericho district in Kenya still grow crosses of the high-quality Chinese shrubs. However, the demand far outweighs the small supply. Thanks to our long-term and positive relationships, we are still able to guarantee the best quality.

The Kenya black tea from the Milima plantation has striking, golden brown leaf tips with a shiny orange tip. The volcanic soil and tropical climate in Kenya provide a strong, slightly floral taste. Because of this, this Kenya tea is sometimes confused with the Chinese Yunnan tea.
