Blackberries

Our blackberries are soft artisanal sweets with a pronounced blackberry flavour. Where a hard boiled sweet dissolves slowly, this one gives up its flavour straight away: the soft, supple bite releases the full blackberry aroma immediately, dark and lightly tart like the fruit itself.

We make them in two colours, red and black, and which one people prefer often comes down to what they grew up with at home. Thanks to their soft texture, they also suit anyone who would rather avoid harder sweets.
