Coins

Coins are artisanal hard gum sweets shaped like coins, enriched with liquorice extract. Instead of gelatine, we use gum arabic, a natural plant-based binder that creates the firm, chewy bite characteristic of genuine liquorice. The liquorice extract gives this sweet its distinctive taste: dark, lightly salty-sweet and far fuller than the flavourings used in industrial liquorice. Their coin shape makes them instantly recognisable and explains their name.
