Artisanal Champagne Jelly

Our champagne jelly is one of the most distinctive products in our range. Jelly is made from juice rather than fruit flesh, giving a clear, glossy texture in which the champagne comes fully into its own: fresh, lightly tart and with that characteristic fine note you know from the glass. It's a gift product par excellence, supplied in a 212 gram jar. A classic with foie gras, oysters or a refined cheeseboard, and equally good on a canapé with an aperitif.
