China Ti Kuan Yin, also called Tie Guan Yin or Iron Goddess of Mercy, is one of the most famous oolong teas from Fujian province. The leaves undergo partial fermentation, striking a perfect balance between the freshness of green tea and the depth of black tea.
The liquor is floral, smooth, and slightly creamy with a refined mineral finish. A classic oolong that can be re-steeped multiple times, treasured by connoisseurs.
