Chocolate Marshmallow

Chocolate marshmallow is a square piece of marshmallow enveloped in dark chocolate. Where the chocolate kiss has a biscuit as its base, here it's the marshmallow alone: beaten light, soft and yielding, with only the chocolate layer around it. That makes the product simpler and softer to bite. The dark chocolate provides the contrast the marshmallow lacks on its own, which keeps the whole from becoming too sweet.
