Citrus mix

The citrus mix is a blend of soft gums with orange and mandarin flavours, produced by hand in the traditional way. Instead of gelatine, we use gum arabic, a natural plant-based binder that gives these sweets their soft, supple bite. The two flavours complement each other well: the orange is fuller and rounder, the mandarin fresher and slightly sweeter, making the mix more varied than a single flavour alone.
