Cuberdons box

A box of seven artisanal cuberdons, our house specialty in its original mask shape. This is the size to start with: small enough to try for yourself without opening a large box, and at the same time a welcome little gift to bring along on a visit. Inside is the characteristic liquid centre beneath a thin, lightly crisp crust. They're made with gum arabic and are therefore gelatine-free. Anyone new to the cuberdon will discover straight away why it has been the pride of Ghent for generations.
