Griottes

Griottes are whole cherries with the stalk, steeped in kirsch and coated in chocolate. It's one of the most labour-intensive products in our range: the cherry must sit in the kirsch long enough to take on the flavour, then be dipped carefully so the stalk stays free. Biting into it releases the kirsch that has gathered around the fruit. These pralines contain alcohol and are not suitable for children.
