Our small honey cake is baked to our family recipe, with honey. The smaller format suits those in a smaller household or trying gingerbread for the first time: you cut it into a few slices and it's finished before it loses its freshness. The honey keeps the dough moist and brings the warm, lightly floral flavour that gives gingerbread its character. It also works as a small gift.
