Cinnamon sticks

Cinnamon sticks are brown hard boiled sugar sweets with a cinnamon flavour, in stick form of about three centimetres. They're the firmer counterpart to our cinnamon cushions: the same warm, spicy cinnamon flavour, but in a shape that dissolves more slowly and where a single piece lasts longer. The elongated shape also makes them easy to carry. Cinnamon is one of those flavours with little middle ground: those who love it come looking for it deliberately, which makes this sweet a small but loyal segment.
