Lokum - Roses

Rose Turkish delight is the most classic flavour version: pink cubes made with rose water, finished with icing sugar. Rose water is the flavour that made Turkish delight famous in Istanbul and the one most people still associate with it. The taste is floral and perfumed rather than sugary, which makes it more refined than its dusting of sugar suggests. The soft, slightly elastic texture is the same as in our other varieties. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
