Nougat - salted caramel

Salted caramel nougat is a soft nougat with a salted caramel flavour. The salt does the same here as in our salted caramel: it tempers the sweetness of the nougat mass and lets the toasted caramel note come through, making the whole more balanced than sweet nougat alone. The texture is soft and supple, with a chew rather than a snap. Of our nougat varieties this is the most contemporary, and usually the version younger customers reach for first.
