Diamonds

Diamonds are tricolour hard gums in a lozenge shape, in yellow, black and red, with morello cherry, citrus and cabo medicalis flavours. They share their flavour combination with our drawing pins, but in a clean diamond shape rather than the playful thumbtack. Because the three flavours sit in the same sweet, every bite tastes slightly different. The gum is firm and dissolves slowly, which makes the shift between flavours all the more noticeable. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
