Forest fruits biscuits

Our forest fruit cookie is a crisp biscuit with a forest fruit jelly in the centre of the top. The contrast is what makes the biscuit: the dry, brittle base against the soft, lightly sweet-sour jelly resting on it. The dark colour of the jelly stands out against the golden biscuit, making it instantly recognisable in an assortment. It's one of the most visual biscuits in our range and works well in mixed boxes.
