Sour fruit sweets

Sour fruit candies are hard boiled sugar sweets with sour fruit flavours, delivered individually wrapped. Because the sugar mass is boiled hard, the sweet dissolves slowly and the sourness builds gradually rather than hitting at once as it does in a soft gum. Individual wrapping keeps them from sticking together and makes them keep longer, which suits sweet bowls, waiting rooms and the counter. Each flavour has its own colour.
