Sour UFO

Flying saucers are wafer shells shaped like a UFO, filled with citric acid powder. The outer layer is the same edible wafer used for communion hosts: very thin, almost weightless, and dissolving at once on the tongue. The sour powder is then released, which makes the contrast between the soft shell and the sharp filling all the more striking. It's one of the most curious products in our range and a firm favourite with children who like sour sweets.
