Black hammers

Black hammers are black hard gums with a mint flavour, rectangular in shape with two hammers pressed into the surface. Together with the aniseed hammers and the green hammers they make up our hammer family: the same motif, a different flavour and colour each time. The mint brings freshness to what the black colour suggests would be a heavy, dark taste, and that contrast makes them more surprising than they look. The firm gum dissolves slowly.
