Anise gum

Our aniseed soft gum is a tender candy with a refreshing aniseed flavour, produced by hand in the traditional way. Instead of gelatine, we use gum arabic, a natural plant-based binder that gives this sweet its characteristic soft, supple bite. The aniseed flavour is pronounced yet balanced, lingering pleasantly without overpowering.

Each gum is crafted with care, following the artisanal tradition of Temmerman in Ghent, a confectionery house renowned for over a century.
