Raspberries

Our raspberries are artisanal hard boiled sugar sweets with a pronounced raspberry flavour. The sugar mass is boiled at high temperature until it crystallises hard, after which the raspberry flavour is worked in. The result is a firm sweet that dissolves slowly and holds its fruity taste for a long time, with that characteristic sweet-sour raspberry note.

In Flanders these sweets are known as bezekes, a classic that has been sold in the region's confectioneries for generations. For anyone who prefers fruit over chocolate, it's one of the great classics in our range.
