China Young Hyson is a green tea made from young, tender leaves harvested early in the spring season. The name “Hyson” originates from the Chinese Yu Chin, meaning “before the rains.”
The rolled spear-shaped leaves produce a smooth, slightly herbaceous infusion with a touch of natural bitterness. A refined, approachable green tea, ideal for both beginners and traditional tea lovers.
