Chocolate ginger

Our chocolate ginger balls are spheres of candied ginger coated in Belgian chocolate. Where our gingerettes are sticks to bite through, the ball shape gives a quite different experience: you get the whole piece of ginger at once, so the warmth of the spice comes through as soon as the chocolate layer breaks. The size also suits serving individually with coffee. Plant-based.
