Chocolate Goji

Goji chocolate consists of goji berries coated in dark Belgian chocolate. The goji berry comes from Asia, where it has been eaten dried for centuries, and has a lightly sweet-sour taste sitting between cranberry and raisin. That tartness is exactly what makes the pairing with dark chocolate work: where a sweet berry in chocolate quickly becomes heavy, the goji keeps the whole in balance. One of the few products in our range that is both plant-based and unexpected.
