Lemon biscuits

Our small lemon waffle consists of a crisp outer layer enclosing a lemon cream. The build is that of a classic wafer: two thin, crisp layers holding the filling and breaking only at the moment you bite. The lemon cream brings a fresh tartness that keeps the whole light, where a chocolate or vanilla filling would make the biscuit heavier. One of the most refreshing biscuits in our range.
