Chocolate dragees

Our chocolate dragees are pieces of chocolate with a hard sugar coating. It's the gentler counterpart to the almond version: where the almond stays crisp, the chocolate melts away as soon as the sugar shell is broken. That makes this variant more suitable for young children and for anyone avoiding nuts. Like the almond dragees, they classically accompany a birth or christening, given to guests in small bags.
