Eucalypthus

Eucalyptus is a green hard gum with a eucalyptus flavour, in a ball shape. The taste is fresh and penetrating in a way that differs from mint: where mint cools, eucalyptus clears, with that herbal, lightly camphorous character familiar from throat sweets. The sweet is made with gum arabic instead of gelatine and has a firm bite, so it dissolves slowly and the flavour lingers. Eucalyptus sweets have traditionally sold most in the cold season, and that habit still holds for many of our customers.
