Florentines

Our florentines are artisanal biscuits of caramelised almonds on a bed of Belgian chocolate. The almonds are flaked and bound in caramel, then the mass is spread thin and baked until it crystallises crisp. The chocolate layer underneath is more than a finish: it holds the biscuit together and creates the contrast between the crisp top and the smooth base. Florentines are among the most demanding biscuits in our range. Contains nuts.
