Ginger bomb

Gingerettes are sticks of candied ginger coated in our dark chocolate with 72% cocoa. It's the ginger version of our orangettes and works on the same principle: an outspoken ingredient which candying softens without stripping its character. Ginger brings warmth and a light heat that meets the bitterness of the dark chocolate rather than fighting it. One of the more grown-up products in our chocolate range, and plant-based.
