Hard cola

Hard cola candies are brown hard gums with a cola flavour, shaped like a cola bottle. They're the firm counterpart to our soft cola gums: the same recognisable blend of citrus, spice and caramel, but with a bite that asks you to work at it. The flavour is therefore released more slowly and a single sweet lasts longer. The cola bottle is one of those shapes everyone recognises at once, which makes this sweet work well in mixed bags for children's parties. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
