Honey balls

Honey drops are golden hard boiled sugar sweets with a honey flavour, in a ball shape. The honey taste is warm and round, without the sharpness of a fruit or mint sweet, which makes them come across as gentle and soothing. Because the sugar mass is boiled hard, the ball dissolves slowly and the flavour stays present for a long time.
