Honey candies

Honey liquorice combs are golden sweets shaped like a honeycomb, with a liquorice flavour softened by honey. In firmness they sit between our soft and hard liquorice varieties: just enough chew to work at, without dissolving slowly. The honey gives a warm, round finish that keeps the liquorice approachable. Together with our honey liquorice they form the honey side of our liquorice range, each with its own shape and texture. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
