Liqueur chocolates

Our liqueur pralines are filled with real liqueur and individually wrapped in gold-coloured paper. The assortment includes cognac, rum, whisky, amaretto, Elixir d'Anvers and curaçao, each with its own colour on the wrapper. The technique is demanding: the liqueur must stay liquid inside a chocolate shell that cannot leak, which requires a thin sugar crust between the two. These pralines contain alcohol and are not suitable for children or for anyone avoiding alcohol.
