Macedoine

Macedonia fruit gums are a mixture of hard gums with fruit flavours, in different colours and shapes. The name comes from the kitchen: a macedoine has always been a mixture of chopped fruit, and that principle is translated here into confectionery. Each colour and shape stands for a different fruit flavour, so a bag offers constant variety without knowing in advance what you'll pick. The firm gum dissolves slowly, releasing the flavours gradually. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
