Mini strawberry hearts

Mini strawberry hearts are small pink soft gums in a heart shape with a strawberry flavour, finished with a layer of sugar. The small size is deliberate: they're used above all to finish cakes and desserts and as scatter sweets on party tables, where larger sweets would look too heavy. The strawberry flavour is sweet and round, without the tartness of raspberry. Together with our white pineapple hearts and red raspberry hearts they form a trio often ordered together for colour combinations.
