Mini pineapple hearts

Mini pineapple hearts are small white soft gums in a heart shape with a pineapple flavour, finished with a layer of sugar. Their white colour makes them the most neutral choice of the trio, which works well on wedding cakes and christenings where bright colours would jar. The pineapple flavour is fresh and tropical and stands clearly apart from the strawberry and raspberry versions. They're often ordered together with the pink and red hearts for a colour combination.
