Guimauve white - pink

Pink and white marshmallows are soft square marshmallows. The mass is beaten until light and foamy, so the sweet almost melts on the tongue rather than staying chewy. The flavour is the classic marshmallow taste: sweet, vanilla-like and mild. Pink and white are the traditional colours for this kind of marshmallow and make them well suited to children's parties and christenings. They're made with gelatine and are therefore not vegan, unlike most of our range.
