Horseheads

The horse head is a praline shaped like a horse's head, filled with a smooth praliné filling. The shape is a classic of the Belgian chocolate tradition and goes back to the days when chocolate figures were sold at annual markets. Inside sits the filling the praline is named after: a paste of ground nuts and caramelised sugar, staying soft and creamy beneath the hard chocolate shell. Contains nuts.
