Speculoos small

Our small speculoos is the same butter-baked spiced biscuit as the large version, but in a single-bite format. That smaller size changes the use: where a large speculoos accompanies coffee, the small one goes beside the cup, in a gift box or on a dessert plate. Because the ratio of crust to centre differs, it also bakes slightly crisper than its larger counterpart.
