Triplex

Triplex are soft marshmallows in three layers, in yellow, white and red. The name refers to that build: three coloured layers stacked and cut into cubes. The marshmallow mass is beaten until light and foamy, so the sweet almost melts on the tongue rather than staying chewy. The tricolour look makes triplex one of the most visual products in our range, popular at children's parties and on sweet tables. Triplex is made with gelatine and is therefore not vegan.Allergens: gluten
