Violets buttons

Violet liquorice are purple hard gums in a ball shape with a violet flavour. It's an unusual combination within our range: where most liquorice varieties are black and lean towards liquorice root or anise, this one stands entirely apart, with a floral, lightly perfumed aroma. Violet is a classic flavour in European confectionery, above all in France. The firm gum dissolves slowly, so that delicate flavour lingers. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
