Butter caramel

Butter caramels, known in Ghent dialect as vuile taluur, take their name from their appearance: vuile taluur literally means dirty plate, referring to the caramel being poured out irregularly. It's one of those products where the name is as much part of the story as the taste. The caramel is soft and creamy, with the full buttery note that only real butter delivers. Butter caramels contain dairy and are therefore not vegan, unlike most of our range.
