Bears

Gummy bears are soft bear-shaped gums with fruit flavours, made with gum arabic instead of gelatine. They're one of those classics that turn up in almost every bag of sweets: children usually reach for them first, and most adults know them from their own childhood. The soft, supple bite releases the fruit flavour straight away, and each colour stands for a different taste. Because we use gum arabic, our gummy bears are plant-based, which is rarely the case with industrial versions.
