Sour Cola

Sour cola bottles are brown soft gums shaped like a cola bottle with a sour cola flavour. The combination works well: the familiar blend of citrus, spice and caramel gains an extra edge from the sourness that makes the flavour livelier. They're the sour counterpart to our ordinary cola gums and our hard cola candies, each with its own texture. The soft gum releases the flavour immediately. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
