Sour fries are soft gum sticks with sour fruit flavours, in various colours and shaped like chips. The shape is a nod to the Belgian national dish and makes them a talking point straight away, especially with visitors from abroad. Under that shape sits a classic sour fruit gum: soft to bite, with a pronounced sour edge that sharpens the fruit flavour. Each colour stands for a different flavour. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
