Sour sticks

Sour sticks are hard gums in stick form with sour fruit flavours, in various colours. They're the firm counterpart to our sour fries: the same elongated shape, but with a gum you have to bite through and which releases its flavour more slowly. The sourness therefore builds gradually rather than hitting at once. Each colour stands for a different fruit flavour. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
