Sour planes

Sour planes are soft gums shaped like an aeroplane with sour flavours, in various colours. The shape makes them instantly recognisable and works particularly well with children, for whom the look of a sweet often matters as much as the taste. The sour edge is pronounced and sharpens the fruit flavour. Each colour stands for its own flavour. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine, which makes them plant-based.
