Speculoos medium

A speculoos biscuit shaped like Saint Nicholas, small size, from our Sinterklaas range. Speculoos is the quintessential Belgian spiced biscuit, with warm notes of cinnamon and caramel and a crunchy bite. Around 6 December it takes the shape of the Saint, with mitre, staff and cloak clearly visible. The small size slips easily into any shoe or treat bag. Just the right size to go with a mug of hot chocolate.
