Lutsepoepe

Caramel flan gums are yellow soft gums with a caramel flan flavour, shaped like a miniature flan tart. The taste refers directly to the classic dessert: sweet vanilla custard under a layer of caramel, translated here into a sweet. That makes it one of the most distinctive flavours in our range, since most fruit and liquorice flavours are far more common. Their Flemish name, lustepoepe, has the same playful tone as the shape. Made with gum arabic instead of gelatine.
